Our PRIME process insures that you will learn where you are, where you want to go, and how to get there. That is the essence of a successful strategic plan. The first phases –Pre-Search and Research provide the client with the most relevant and critical information necessary to make sound strategic decisions. The second phases — Insight and Messaging — result in a strategic plan. The final phase — Evaluation — involves regular follow-up tracking to measure progress against the benchmark in achieving the strategic goals of the plan. This is usually conducted annually or semi-annually dispending upon the circumstances of the client and the market.

Pre-Search
In the Pre-Search phase, we review all relevant internal and external documents and prior research and conduct in-depth interviews with key “insiders” in order to answer the following questions:
- What are the strategic goals of this project?
- Where are we now relative to where we want to be?
- What will it take to close the gaps and achieve our strategic goals.
- Where is there consensus within the organization and where are their differences?
- What do we already know?
- What do we still need to find out?
- How will we use the existing and the new information to achieve our strategic goals?
The Pre-Search phase is critical to establishing the strategic parameters of the project and avoiding duplication of past efforts and misallocation of resources. Deliverable: Analytical Pre-Search Report and Analysis.
